I met a guy on the golf course...& I have been in the Cabinet business ever since, Febuary 3, 1986. I started in the manufacturing plant of a large corporation & after learning all of the processes was fortunate to be moved into production management. After exhibiting the desire to exceed our customers expectations I was re-located a couple of times & became GM of the Florida facility. I was fortunate to be able to communicate with the customers directly at this time & it became evident that hands on with the customers is where I wanted to be. It took a few years & a few more moves.
In the fall of 2001 the dream of Christopher's Cabinets was realized.

Chris gave us a top notch experience from beginning to end.
In the planning stages, Chris spent quite a few hours and many trips in order to really get a feel for the space and help guide us through the process. He was never pushy about design, actually tending to be more hands off. He did, however, give his opinion when it came to going down a path he knew would leave unsatisfactory results or be less useful than expected. And, as a testament to his quality in cabinets and as a person, the few jobs in progress he took us to were more than willing (excited, even!) to open their doors and show off the great work he's done.
The cabinet installation was timely, professional, and spot on. With such an old house, the fact that the installation is so perfect looking really speaks to the quality of the cabinets and the installer alike. The granite subcontractor was good and was quick to remedy any problems that arose. He referred us to a very talented tile contractor as well, that we enjoyed so much we've used for other projects as well. Chris was there checking in every step of the way, in person in most cases.
We feel the quality for the price is the best we've seen. Anyone we've ever shown the kitchen to is wowed by the look and feel of it. On top of that, it is extremely solidly built, but still with all of the trimmings. The glass doors on some of the cabinets, the under-cabinet lighting, and the soft-close hardware on everything makes it every bit a work of art.
I would highly recommend Chris for projects big and small, both kitchens and closets and anything else that needs cabinets.

Chris has good design ideas that go beyond just the cabinets. Also, he has a wide selection of cabinets to choose from and is very knowledgeable about selecting the right cabinets for the available space.

Chris helped us finish our basement wine room. He worked collaboratively with owner and another contractor, who was framing the room. He provided great suggestions on wood (hickory - which is beautiful) and helped pick out granite to make the room. Chris is a topnotch contractor and did an excellent job for us. He helped make our dream basement come true!

Chris completed a full kitchen remodel for us including all new cabinets, hardwood flooring, granite counters, lighting, and paint. Chris is extremely detail oriented and makes sure that every little detail was correct. The project was completed on budget in the winter of 2015.
