In addition to building homes, owners Mike and Peggy Zagrzebski enjoy building lifelong relationships with their clients and earning the distinction as "my builder" for their homes and for those of family and friends. The entire Zag Built team adheres to the policy that honesty and integrity always pay off as we are not only a builder, but community members and neighbors among our clients.
Mike and Peggy Zagrzebski began in this business over 20 years ago. Mike had his own tiling business and did remodels prior to building homes all while working full time at the Fire Department. Peggy purchased and fixed up homes and rental homes and resold them while working full time at the Police Department. After marrying, they continued to strive to be the best at what they love to do. They both build full time and continue to enjoy all of the challenges and rewards of creating new homes for families. Peggy also obtained her Real Estate Broker License in May 2017.

We built our home in 2011 with Mike and Peggy, Zag Built Homes. We won the parade of homes people's choice award. The quality and attention to detail was nothing shy of amazing in both the finish work and the part you don't see once the house is complete. They listened to our dreams and requirements and turned them into a home beyond our dreams. What sparked us to write this review now is that 7 years later Zag Built stands behind their work. Mike and Peggy built our house back in 2010, we were under a deadline to be finished by a certain date. Not only was the house completed on time but we stayed with in our budget. It was a complete pleasure to work with them both and we are in the planning phase of building another home. Zag Built will be our builder for our new home and I would recommend them to build your home.

Building my new home with Mike and Peggy - Zag Built - has been one of the highlights of my lifetime. Comentado: Master Bathroom; tiles on shower wallsI would recommend doing all the way up and the ceiling. The lower ceilings tend to hold in the moisture and can cause some mildew. It also can make quite a nice visual when the ceiling is covered.
