What a wonderful experience it was to work with Rodney and Carl, of Wade Custom Homes! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work, speed of completion and ease of communication that my wife and I received during the construction of our home. Wade Custom Homes is a prime example of Godly men doing excellent and reputable work. One facet of the process was the ease we had in being able to walk in/email/call whenever some issue arose. I have often heard horror stories about builders and how difficult it can be to get in touch with them once construction starts but that was not the case with Rodney and Carl. Let me start by saying that Rodney Wade is an honest, friendly person who did an excellent job on my home. He is a knowledgeable contractor and is easy to deal with. He will answer his phone, return calls and texts and will respond to emails. (I will qualify this by saying that I did my best not to contact him on the weekends or holidays.) My new home is a beautiful 1600sf 3BR/2Bath wood frame with garage, and took about 4 months from start to finish. I think that is impressive considering that most of the build was with a generator. My property is landlocked and I was unable to get power until about 3 weeks before they finished. Rodney has developed a really great team that works for, or subcontracts, with him. The Superintendent, Carl, kept things moving along really well. He was also very nice and easy to work with. A few of the others that worked on my house that stand out in my memory are Kevin for the great cabinets, Keith for the beautiful tile and stonework, Marty for the trim, Brandon for electrical, who did double work and switched out a light that I really disliked, and Carol from FD Tile who spent a lot of time with me and kept me from making a really bad design choice. Does this mean that it was all sunshine and rainbows and everything went as planned? Nope. That would have been a miracle. There were a few problems here and there, but I quickly realized that I could count on Rodney and Carl to make it right. So finally, if you are looking for a company that cares for its customers, that will treat you with respect, has integrity and professionalism, then choose Wade Custom Homes. If I were to build another home, I would choose them again.

Wade's custom homes is an excellent company. They told us our house would be built in 3 months and it was. They are very easy to work with and answered any questions that we might have. If we ever build another home we would definitely use them again. I strongly recommend Wade Custom Homes.

Rodney and Carl did an amazing job of communicating with us throughout the entire building process. It was fast but done well. Never felt like decisions were made without being discussed. Respectable and honest.

I came to Wade Custom Homes with a specific budget and a desire for a spacious home to accommodate growing children. I was beyond amazed that every single day I drove by the sight the crew was out working on something new. Every crew member as well as Rodney and Carl were very pleasant with any questions I had. 2 and 1/2 months later I have an amazing home that exceeds my expectations on every level! The quality of the home, layout, and accommodations could not be any better for us. So very thankful and blessed with our home.

We very highly recommend Rodney Wade!! He makes sure the worksite is a decent place for women and children to visit. And the worksite was as clean as a worksite can be. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The work was done so fast!! The materials used were top notch. All the other tradesmen he hires were also of high caliber.

Wade Custom Homes is the best. The price I was quoted is the price I got and in turnaround time we agreed upon. All the workers were friendly and did a good job. When my significant other pointed out something that was not quite right, they fixed it. Whenever I had an issue, I would text or call Rodney Wade and he would get back to me very promptly and fix the problem. His workers even picked up some of our appliances for free and brought them to the home, which cost them time and money. I am still amazed that I got such a quality home for the price. Many, many people have come here in the last year and commented on what an amazing home we have. Could not be happier. I would recommend Wade Custom Homes time and time again. Only reason four stars is it took a little while to come and fix a few punch-out problems, but they eventually got the job done within a few months. What Rodney promises, Rodney does. Rodney was so easy to work with! We made some changes at the last minute but he never seemed to mind. We could not be happier with our home!!
