Twelve Springs Inc.

Really poor management and communication. We rented a house that was managed by this company. It was a large 5 bedroom house that holds 13 people. The house was for sale and perhaps that is why but it was VERY understocked. There were 6 coffee cups, 4 wine glasses, 8 plates, and the list goes on. There were 6 towels (6!! in a house that sleeps 13!!). There was 1/2 of a sample bottle of dish soap and no extra trash bags, paper towels, etc. The cabinets in the garage that hold supplies were TOTALLY empty. It was bizarrely understocked! We rent houses all the time for large groups and this was horrible. It was so bad it became a running joke amongst the family. We had to buy all the basic supplies and we even had to buy our own towels. That is one of the reasons to rent a house- you don't have to buy all that! Even worse was the difficulty in contacting anyone. I called the main number and it kept routing to an office in another state for 2 days. They said they would pass a message along and still no call. 3 days and many phone calls later I decided to call the booking line- shockingly that went through to the correct people. Finally someone came by and dropped off extra supplies (barely said a word and practically threw them in the door before driving off). The person I finally got ahold of on the phone was very nice and I told her how unhappy we were. I suggested a partial refund would be appropriate and she said I should contact the management company. I have tried phone calls, email and facebook- once again, no response. Avoid this company.
