Dan owner of Skycrest Homes LLC did excellent job in my house in South Barrington, IL between Aug and Nov 2019. His crew was professional and on-time. His price is reasonable. He also did some work which was out of scope in our original contract and didnt charge. It is hard to find a good and reliable contractors and Dan is an amazing contractor.

Dan B. and Matt B. were a pleasure to work with for our first house (new construction). They were easy-going and flexible with my wife's decisions. Though my heart still remains in Southern California, both professionals made it as simple as possible to adapt to the Midwest. Hope to work w/ these professionals again, this time on the "left" coast (dreaming for Costa Mesa or Irvine)!

Both Matt and Dan were incredible to work with! We relocated from New England to Naperville so a lot of the final stages of the project were managed remotely - they kept us well informed and engaged us in the final details. They even did some extra work to make sure that when we moved in it really felt like home! The focus on the customer experience and attention to detail was amazing - we would recommend Skycrest to anyone and everyone and plan to have them work on our basement next year as well - very professional but also kind and concerned about their customers. A+ company!

Dan and his team remodeled our master bathroom shower. We couldn't be more pleased with the results...we are absolutely thrilled! From the tile setter to the plumber, everyone was extremely friendly and punctual. Dan listened to our needs and excelled in meeting them. The remodel was completed within the timeline Dan set for us and he always made sure that he explained what he was doing in a clear and concise manner. We highly recommend Dan and his team and can't stop telling our friends about what an incredible job he did!

Skycrest homes did all the renovating on our home. They totally remodeled our kitchen, which included New cabinets, appliances, New wood floor, tile back splash, granite counters and sink and faucets. They put in New wood floors and carpeting, painted the interior of our home and updated electric and installed new fixtures. They built New closets, semi remodeled bathrooms and updated our foyer staircase by restaining and putting in iron balusters, which look beautiful. They were extremely professional, fairly priced, honest and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company. We are thrilled with our "new" house.

Skycrest Homes worked with us from procuring our lot to hooking us up w/ professionals to extras. They were very accommodating about our completion date, since we hadn't sold our previous home when we contracted with them. Our new home was finished on the agreed upon date with no suprises! The quality of workmanship was exactly what we'd expected and any changes we wanted to make were hassle-free. We now have the home of our dreams!

My husband and I chose Skycrest Homes to be the builder for our custom home. Not only did Skycrest build us a beautiful home, Matt and Dan made the process a very pleasant experience. We had excellent communication between all of us through phone calls, emails and on-site visits during the entire process. They were very responsive to our requests, suggestions and questions and upfront about the construction schedule, options and cost changes. I have limited mobility due to a disability and Matt and Dan ensured that I had access to the house during all phases of construction. We had a goal of building a house that was beautiful, but also accessible. They worked very closely with us to accomplish that goal. We are very happy with our new house. We highly recommend Skycrest Homes.
