We’ve had the pleasure of working with Luke on a few projects that utilized our builder brackets. Luke is extremely organized, detailed, friendly and professional. We’re always excited when our brackets are selected for his homes and look forward to creating more custom architectural components for his beautiful homes.

We hired Shows Construction to build our family vacation home. The process flowed very well with little interruption. We were not at the job site much of the time and found everything to have been handled professionally in our absence. We were kept informed at all times of work being performed and all seemed to meet or exceed our expectations. The project came in on budget and quality exceeded our expectations. My husband and I hired Luke Shows Construction to build our "forever" home. We were very impressed with all the recommendations and after interviewing him. The house is now complete and we have moved in. And I can not imagine having a better builder. Luke was thorough from the beginning to the end. He made me feel throughout the project that his goal was to build the house WE wanted and there was never a request that he did not fulfill. Every one of my phone calls (and there were many) was answered immediately or returned within minutes. We had several changes that we made within the building period that he handled perfectly and with ease. He had several good suggestions for our project that made our house even more special. He definitely has and eye for detail. He personally supervised all the construction stages of our house. His subcontractors were professional, timely and did a great job. Talking to them, their comments regarding Luke was that "they have never worked for a contractor as organized as Luke". Hearing comments like that makes you feel good about your builder. We were very pleased throughout the building and after we moved in. There will always be a few things that will need to be tweaked once the building is complete and you move in and he has responded within minutes to our calls. To sum it up, we could not have been more happy with Luke Shows Construction. He did an excellent job !!

My wife and I contracted with Shows Construction, Inc. to build a waterfront home in Santa Rosa County, Florida, in the Fall of 2014. Construction began in November of that year and was completed in late Summer of 2015. As we have now been in our home for 8 months, we can say without hesitation that we are completely pleased with the home, and in fact, it exceeds any expectations that we had during the design and pre-construction phases of the project. The success of the project was largely due to the excellent communication that the Shows Team maintained with us throughout the work. They were available by phone, e-mail, or text message on a continual basis, and there were many on-site conferences as well. The sub-contractors were diligent craftsmen and they made concerted efforts to accommodate our requests during their times on the job. Furthermore, the house and overall site were maintained in an orderly, clean, and safe condition, and construction waste was minimal. Having worked with Shows Construction during 8 months of building and now having had 8 months of occupancy , and based on our experience and the quality of home we are enjoying, we recommend them without reservation to potential clients who may be considering a new home in our area. We could not have asked for a better home builder for our new construction. Luke and Joelle were professional, efficient and available to us throughout the entire process. They are both excellent communicators, and they provided honest advice and opinions when asked. Shows construction built my ICF home a few years ago. What a wonderful experience. He attended meetings with the architect and helped us keep on path concerning budget and land use.
