Our story began over 30 years ago, when our managing director Steve left school and followed his father Brian’s footsteps into the world of carpentry. Together, they worked in all sectors of the construction industry, both commercial and domestic, on both sides of production and management. They learned the skills and values that make us who we are today: professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Sadly, Brian passed away as a result of Covid in 2021, which inspired Steve and his family to start Calidwell Homes in his memory. We are proud to carry on his legacy and passion for building beautiful homes that make people happy. We are a family-run business that treats every project as if it were our own home.
