He has built over 200 homes in the Tri-Cities area. With his commitment to excellence and attention to detail, Richard will work with you each step of the way; from selecting a lot and plan, to handing you the keys to your beautiful new home. Richard has been married to Marsha Ramsey Bradford for 33 years. Marsha graduated from ETSU in 1983 with a B.S. in Health Administration, and is currently employed as a Realtor at Evans & Evans Real Estate in Johnson City, TN. The Bradford’s have four children, Carter graduated from E.T.S.U. in 2008 and lives in Nashville, TN; Jodi Lane graduated from E.T.S.U. with a MA in Counseling and lives in Johnson City, TN; Bailey, 23, and John, 19. are currently attending E.T.S.U. in Johnson City, TN. Richard has been a Board Member of Doe River Gorge Ministries for 19 years, and he has volunteered his time and musical ability to various ministries for the past 30 years.
