Jason and the team from Quantum Built are top shelf professionals. I had to replace a large section of an aging roof that was leaking and also needed a spiral staircase solution for the atrium. They provided a cost effective and very thorough quote for the renovation, along with first class designs and a range of options in the scoping process to complement the rustic parts of the house with some modern features to transform the area. Karam was the site manager for the job and was very professional, caring and set high standards. The subcontractors and team he assembled were hard working and went above and beyond to manage the project to completion. I'm very happy with the result, particularly the custom built, spiral staircase solution to access the rooftop garden. I highly recommend Quantum Built. 5 Stars.

As inexperienced home renovators, we were initially nervous about renovating our home, however once we engaged Quantum Built, our nerves quickly eased. Quantum Built are masters in their trade and we were impressed with their professionalism. They were excellent problem solvers and nothing was impossible or too hard to entertain. They worked overtime to meet our deadlines and were practicable in their approach. The entire Quantum Built team was respectful, courteous hard working. They offer a professional building service which is second to none. We are thrilled with the final result of our home renovation and would not hesitate recommending Quantum Built to others.

Quantum built has a fantastic team. Very Professional work. We did a renovation with them. They managed the entire project and even provided an interior designer to work with us closely and helped us pick the things we love . We love our home. Feels like a new home Keep up the good work team

Quantum have renovated my home for many many years basically doing a large project each year, from inside to out . They are an amazing team to work with & always available for any questions., getting the job done in a very professional manner. They provide excellent design ideas & go above & beyond to help. We used Quantum Built to assist us with an extension of our house, the internal renovation and the backyard works, including the installation of the new pool. Jason is extremely knowledgeable, professional and focuses on quality. No request is was ever too big. He guided us during every step of the project and helped us navigate the complex build, including assisting and facilitating the initial design and the DA process. Our build was very complex as the access to the back was limited and is only available via a tight narrow side lane. We would highly recommend Quantum Built and would certainly use Jason and his team again should we renovate in the future.

Quantum Built helped us scope a waterproofing and refurbishment of our basement "granny flat" after flooding damage. They really did a lot of work to think about the best options for us. The space is now beautiful, functional and very dry! They were professional, did quality work, and were flexible in working with our changing needs / ideas as the project progressed. I would recommend them.

We did a major renovation (whole ground floor, kitchen, butlers, bathroom, laundry, living x 2, dining, office, mudroom, cabana, pool area) with Quantum Built and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jason was very thorough and thoughtful with the quotation working with our budget and transparent when issues arose which were not foreseeable at the beginning of the process - giving us options and workarounds where possible. Karam who was the site manager was amazing - very knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful when there were inevitable issues - going above and beyond to ensure a high standard of work was completed. Their subcontractors were for the most part exceptional (I would have to say with the exception of the cabinet makers who I think were just super busy). There were, as there always are, issues with some of the build but these were always addressed quickly and with an obvious knowledge and pride in workmanship. Jason and Karam are a great team and we could not be happier with our new home.

My husband and I have been working with Scott from Quantum built on our 'whole of house' renovation, including the addition of a pool and garage for some 6 months. We are getting close to submitting final plans to council, but I must say that I can't image working with another builder on such a large project. All details have been attended to with prompt attention and good clarification/communication. We are looking forward to the next stage and Scott has taken us to view previous and present builds and speak with previous clients - who all speak very highly of the team and their overall experience. We are looking forward to our 'new' home in about a year's time!

My husband and I were very satisfied with the quality of the design and the workmanship of Quantum Built (QB). Our project was a rebuild of a previous house extension, and the whole project, from design to completion was undertaken with a high level of professionalism. All of the QB staff were highly skilled in their various roles. As we chose to live in during the renovation (which included kitchen/family room, media room, 3 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms) the staff went out of their way to make sure that the construction zone was left tidy every evening, and that we had access to temporary bathroom and toilet facilities throughout the build. The work was completed close to budget and adhered closely to the projected timelines. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that unfortunately some of the subcontractors were not of the same calibre as the QB workmen. The final product is stunning and is appreciated by all the extended family.

We were really pleased with the service we received from Quantum Built as we were with the final results of our renovations. The team worked with us closely from the original concepts and designs to material selections and budget management. We were first time renovators and felt Scott, Jason and the team showed their expertise and understanding in guiding us through the process. During the planning stage they were always quick to respond to our requests with design alterations and when we needed to tailor the plans to work within budgetary limitations they did so without delay. I would like to give a particular mention to the project site manager who was always understanding and respectful that our family lived on site during the build.
