Proto Homes, LLC

I believe that my ProtoHome was the 5th one that was built. I've been living in it now for the past 6 years. It has performed beyond my expectations! Very clean design both functionally and aesthetically. Beyond that, working with Proto was encouraging. Proto did everything they said they were going to do and there were no hidden costs or agendas. Very honest, very honorable.

When I first heard about Proto Homes and their projects back in 2012, I was skeptical that a quality home could be built in such a short amount of time. They were hosting an open house at Proto Home 1 and my wife and I quickly signed up. We were blown away by their presentation and seeing was believing. The fit and finish was excellent. From that day we began the process to building our own Proto Home. The team at Proto Homes worked hard to meet our needs. It truly felt like a collaborative process. We didn’t need to interject much since their design sense really lined up with ours. Seeing the core and walls being installed was incredible. During our project, the house was framed and the steel roof was on in 6 days. My understanding is that they do that in less time now. They continue to refine their process. We were in our new Proto Home in less than year of starting Demo. After over 6 years, we are still in love with our house. All the innovative areas like the “core” and the “flexzone”. The core really made routine maintenance easy. We even added some pluming upgrades that were painless due to not having to destroy any drywall to access pipes. All homes should be this efficient. We are proud to be the owners of Proto Home 3.

I am very happy with the ProtoHome I purchased. I bought the lot and ProtoHome built the house. This was my first time i have purchased a manufactured home. The design and core concept is what drew me. The option of bedroom to den layout was attractive to our needs. I would recommend ProtoHome to anyone in the market.
