As a design-build firm, Posh Builder provides end-to-end solution for your residential construction. We take the hassle of finding the right engineer and architect out of the process of remodeling/rebuilding your existing house or building your new dream home. We'll find you the right civil engineer, architect, soil and structural engineers, work with you to develop the plans and drawings, and submit those plans to the city to get the building permits. After obtaining the permits, we will be happy to submit a bid for the construction phase of your project. We pride ourselves in building your house with solid and top-of-the-line quality and workmanship in mind; that said, our bids are very competitive. Our past projects include both new construction and remodel/additions. We have over 10 years of building homes in the South Bay.
