Pillar Homes

When we were looking to build our forever/ retirement home here in Florida, we purchased some land in a residential area where Pillar Home was building. A few months later we received a brochure from them and started doing our research. I then contacted Pillar homes and set up an appointment for our next trip to Florida since we were still living in Texas. We met with Michael at the model home in Montverde and from the moment we walked in that door it was as if he had always known us. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. He gave us a tour of the model home and we absolutely fell in love with it. Then he showed us another model, That’s the one that blew us away! That’s the day that we decided to make our dream home a reality and the Pillar Home staff, Michael, Lily, Kevin helped us accomplish that. They are absolutely the nicest people we have ever met and very knowledgeable when it comes to building and customizing a new home. During a visit to the construction site one day, we wanted to add extra TV wall supports and called Kevin for his approval. He happened to be in the area and came right over. We were amazed at how quick he and his assistant Jun took on the task right then and there no hesitations or questions asked. The job was done right before our eyes to our satisfaction. I must also add that Michael brought tears to my eyes when I asked him for a favor for my grandson, who is autistic and wants to be a “builder”. Michael came through with the most awesome gift a child could ever get… He sent him not one but multiple copies of old plans and that just brought joy to a grandmother’s heart like you can’t imagine. Just like that experience, we had many more that we would love to share but I’m sure you get the idea. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Pillar Home. I guarantee that if you are looking for a good reputable, family-oriented builder… Pillar home is the one for you! Prior to closing on the home, they took the time to explain everything and made sure we were extremely satisfied. Ask around to people who have built homes with other builders and they will tell you it was a “hassle” or “they would never do it again”; I must tell you that I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN WITH PILLAR HOMES. Throughout the build, we had some questions and all it took was a simple phone call and our questions were answered immediately. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Pillar Homes to anyone building their “dream home”.
