I had the opportunity to work closely with the owners of New Smyrna Beach Construction Company for a number of years. The owners really put their heart into their work. They care about the projects as if they were building it for themselves. Ricky goes above and beyond for his customers. There are other contractors who look for ways to 'cut corners', or save on project costs by using cheaper materials where it may not be noticed, however NSBCC uses high quality materials even in areas the homeowner might not ever see. One thing that really impressed me in the years I've know Ricky and Jay is the knowledge they possess in building custom homes and building on the beach, which has its own unique challenges. These guys are experts, craftsmen, and some of the finest people I've had the pleasure to know.
