Karolyn Gaines is the managing partner of New Innovate Properties, she is originally from Seattle, WA. The military brought Karolyn and her family to Idaho 15 years ago. Falling in love with Gooding’s community, laid back nature, and the breath taking outdoors in the surrounding areas she is proud to call Gooding her home. Being in the contracting, house building and flipping business, the need for better housing in Gooding was once just an idea. Over the last 4 years Karolyn and her team have been planning and working hard to do something about it, bringing this beautiful town a new and much needed subdivision.
