Helleren Homes completed our house two years ago. The entire process was wonderful. Leif is a great communicator. He really knows how to build a beautiful custom home. He gave us great choices. He was always open to discuss how things were moving along. This house was the only custom home we have built and Leif made it easy. I recommend him without any hesitation. Leif was our contractor for our Shoreline remodel. He and his team did quality work building our new home in the Seattle area. He communicates well and was prompt in documenting our charges on a monthly basis. There were no surprises. Leif also follows through. He has been back since completion to resolve some minor supplier problems to our complete satisfaction. i would highly recommend this firm.
