This isn’t about colors or pick from 3 or 4 plans. This is to truly get to know your unique needs and what you are looking for in a house. Also what is important to you (i.e. school districts, location, size of home, design styles, ext.) Design Meeting The second meeting is to understand who you and your family are. Purchase Agreement Now that a custom unique Design is achieved with a lot & plan we can put together a Purchase Agreement to meet your unique needs and budget. Selections After a final design and purchase agreement is achieved the fun begins. We have a unique approach and option for selections at Kootenia. We have an in depth partnership with selection showrooms available for each custom home. Every home is unique and can’t be pick from A,B, or C … the sky is the limit.
