KKI Design-Build has developed a philosophy based on a personal experience since 1974. Our company has been in the woodworking business for 40 years and the design business for 23 years, we have worked for over 100 of our local builders many of them build from our personal design service. KKI Design-Build has installed custom woodwork in over 6000 homes in the Wichita area, homes from $50,000 to $1,400,000,00. KKI Design-Build is dedicated to quality, excellence and attention to the individual homeowner's needs. THE HOMEOWNER IS NUMBER ONE in our eyes and special attention is given to them in determining their desires, needs and budget requirements. We view each home on an individual basis and treat it as though it is our own. Through our hands-on master carpentry, quality checks and our every day field review process throughout the building of your new home.
