I highly recommend JBC Development and its owner Barry. Barry is very professional, has a great design eye and is a perfectionist. He doesn't leave until you're 100% satisfied with the job. The quality of the work is excellent. Deadlines and cost considerations are discussed upfront and throughout the project. The communication process is very good. And once the job is completed, Barry is available for questions, concerns and advice. I highly recommend JBC Development!

The work JBC has done for us been first-rate, from a guest suite and bath renovation to interior painting, cabinetry, and more. Barry Cohen is a complete professional, polite, oversaw all of the work down to the finest details, and his workmen were just as polite and neat. He interacted effortlessly with our architect and designer, and had useful recommendations at many steps of the renovation process. We would use JBC again in a heartbeat, and in fact, plan to.

JBC did a complete house renovation for me in 2017. I was still living on Long Island and the house was in Westchester. Barry Cohen was always attentive to the project, my requests and would call or email me when there were issues or decisions to be made. I would check on the project weekly but Barry was in charge. He was on site regularly and supervised all aspects of the project from bathroom to kitchen renovation to roof replacement and painting. It took many months but we’ll worth the effort. I had interviewed 3 contractors prior to project initiation and Barry was the only one to actually give me a complete proposal for work to be completed. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would recommend JBC without hesitation
