We built our home on Daniel Island in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. Despite the challenges this presented we found that the whole JacksonBuilt team were extremely professional and worked together to ensure we had the best experience and a truly Custom home. They were open to our ideas and were excited to source the materials required to make those ideas come to fruition. We still have a good relationship with the team and we know that they are more than willing to advise and help us with any questions we might have in the future. The whole team are committed to your needs and even although we were not living in the area during the build, their communication and responsiveness were second to none. Working with Richard, Kimberly, Kristine, Eleanor, and Charlie was like working with family. We hired the team at JacksonBuilt to construct our dream home in 2015 and then had them convert our attic to a 5th bedroom in 2021. We fell in love with it when we walked in the door, but they were still willing to make a few last-minute changes to customize the home to our liking. We purchased a new build home from Jackson Built homes during the summer of 2020. EVERYONE at the Jackson Built team was a pleasure to deal with during the process. The quality of the build, design of the home, and details of craftsmanship were superior to other builders we evaluated. If we were to complete another new build in the future, I would not hesitate having them complete another home for us. 5 Stars!

We selected JacksonBuilt to build our home after interviewing several builders, all of whom probably would have been fine. But with Richard and his team there was a sense that this was a company we would feel comfortable having an ongoing dialogue with - who would be accepting of our ideas and also tell us if those ideas wouldn't be in the best interest of the final design and why. The fact that we would be building from a distance was also a consideration when it came to communications. Our experience could not have been better. Richard had many ideas during the design process that were implemented, and Alison made the selection process (something that early on seemed intimidating) enjoyable, and has a great sense of scale, context, color and client's style preferences and budget. Eleanor was always prompt at returning calls and setting up various services and meetings. In the end, our house is everything we hoped. JacksonBuilt's attention to detail throughout the process, from start to finish was exceptional, and evident in the end product. Probably the highest praise is that if we were to build another house, we would hire Richard and his team all over again.

We hired Richard Jackson and his team to build our home on Daniel Island. From the beginning, they were straight-forward, professional, knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Throughout the entire process, which took about a year, we had complete confidence in the team's dedication to building the best house possible for us. Every call, text or email was promptly returned, which was and is of utmost importance to us. As a team, they work together flawlessly. Allison Casper, the talented Design Director, was so valuable, patiently working with us on every design choice. Project Manager, Deniz Evin, was on the site every day, attending to every detail and addressing all of our questions and concerns. Eleanor Taylor, the Production Coordinator, has taken care of the countless details involved both during the building process and, even more importantly, after we have moved into the house. And, of course, Richard Jackson, a highly experienced home-builder oversaw everything, advised us, tried to keep us on budget and was fun to work with. The result is a beautiful and well-built home that has exceeded our expectations. We are very happy we chose the JacksonBuilt team to build our dream home and would recommend them without hesitation.

This was our first custom home and Richard, Kimberly, and the incredible team they have assembled made it a joy from start to finish! Kimberly has a keen eye for design and was a pleasure to work with as well. She assisted us with interior selections every step of the way, from tile to paint colors to fabrics and furniture. Richard and his Jacksonbuilt Team are a superior quality craftsmen custom builder that will guide you through your home building experience from the architect /planning/ permit stages through to when the last window pane is polished right before you move in. The relationship doesn't end there though. They will check back in periodically after completion to see if there is anything that needs to be done. If any questions come up after construction their outstanding customer service team jumps right in and has an answer for you immediately. The Jacksonbuilt team is very professional and attentive, yet work in a more relaxed atmosphere, this makes them extremely comfortable to work with. This comfort opens up a lot of room for dialogue about anything you might want to do to customize your home and they have the experience and know how to make any of your dreams come true. Their expertise was reflected again when we came in right on budget and right on time. What more could anyone ask for in a builder! We would highly recommend Jacksonbuilt Custom Homes!
