From the time we took our first meeting, all the way through completion, Jerry, Yvonne, and Christian were all fantastic. Jerry's experience comes to light very quickly in the process both on-site and in the office where he would negotiate with every single subcontractor and advise when he felt one company may be a better fit for us even if it wasn't the cheapest. He constantly kept a close eye to our budget numbers, and even during a historically unpredictable time to build, we managed to stay very close to our original figures. His rapport with many of these companies played a huge part in how smooth the project would ultimately come to life. His extensive knowledge in the process helped us meet our timelines and avoid any set backs. My wife and I have worked with a handful of contractors in the past and there was always several points in the project that would set us back, not this time. He stayed on top of every sub, payed close attention to our build schedule, and always had the next contractor lined up to get in to do their part so it wouldn't hold up the next sub. Yvonne was always available for any questions we had even when it may have been outside her direct scope of work. She remains very connected with the project, always had any bid or contract over to us very quickly, and when a contractor is taking too long to get back to us, she is in constant contact with them to make sure they are not leaving us out to dry. Christian came on about half way through our project and was a joy to meet on-site with what seemed like almost daily. He is a bulldog in holding the contractors accountable. More times then not, if I had a question or concern about something, he had already handled it. I will admit, my wife and I had interviewed several contractors prior to committing and we could not have been any happier with the end result. Jerry and his team at Integrity are true luxury home builders and it was a wonderful experience for our entire family.

We contracted with Integrity Luxury Homes in the fall of 2019 to manage an extensive interior remodel that involved moving interior walls, adding interior walls, new doors and windows, partial kitchen remodel, installation of a second kitchen, master bath remodel, full interior re-paint, full exterior re-stucco, roof re-coat and seal, building a 1700 sq ft garage, upgrading electrical, adding a second septic system, concrete, pavers, block wall builds and adding automated gates. Design and permits were completed and we were ready to break ground in April 2020, just as the pandemic hit. Due to the uncertainty, we asked Jerry to put our project on hold. He graciously did so and later in the fall of 2020 we broke ground on the project. The project was completed in late summer 2021 and now over a year later we are very satisfied with the project outcome. Throughout the project Jerry and his team were always accessible and responsive. The company name is an accurate description of Jerry and his team who were true to their word and completely trustworthy. Team improvement is possible by greater attention to some details to avoid re-work. Having said that, the re-work necessary was relatively minor and the team caught many potential issues on the path to completion and also offered many great suggestions on the fly to improve the project outcome. I whole heartedly recommend Integrity Luxury Homes as a general contractor company and would use them again myself. They were fun to work with.

Integrity Luxury Homes built our 6000 square foot home in the Silverleaf neighborhood of North Scottsdale. Even through the seemingly unsurmountable challenges of COVID, Jerry and Yvonne maintained full professionalism and composure as we navigated through a new home build amidst the challenges in the industry. Jerry represented our interests throughout the project, negotiating fees with subcontractors to help us save and to not allow us to be taken advantage of by trades. Yvonne was an incredibly organized office/project manager and also was amazing at representing us as her clients. She was meticulous with billing statements and always went to bat for us as clients. We have built 3 homes in the past 10 years and have also remodeled 3. Building/remodeling homes can be a very stressful experience and oftentimes this process leads to a rub between contractor and client. Integrity Luxury Homes is the first of all our home building experiences that ended in a healthy and amicable relationship. Even after the build was completed, Jerry and Yvonne have been here to help us through questions and needs. My husband and I hired Jerry to install a new wood floor in our home. Jerry did EVERYTHING right! He hired professional movers to move all of my furniture as well as a specific mover to handle just the appliances. He was always on time, my job was started and completed exactly when he said it would be and best of all, my job site was left neat and orderly everyday. I think its fair to say that a large percentage of remodeling projects end with either a desire for divorce, to torch your contractors truck and office, or both. Not so with our most recent significant remodel, Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we. Jerry did a phenomenal job with the construction of our house. He was very meticulous and ensured we got the best value for our money when it came to using subcontractors. The quality of the workmanship was tremendous and the timing was even better. He started the construction by in November of 2015 by knocking down the current house on the property and we moved in early August of 2016. We love the house and would use Jerry again if we were to renovate or build another home.
