Fulford Homes

After looking at "used" homes, we decided we wanted to build. When we saw the Fulford model homes and read about their reputation, we knew they were the builder we wanted. We picked a Franklin and had it further customized by finishing the basement and upgrading multiple items. Now that we are all settled it, we absolutely love our new home. There were some delays that were not expected but in the long run, our house was worth the wait. If there was one thing I would have liked changed, it would have been to have further guidance and direction from Fulford about options. For example, there were things we see that our neighbors upgraded and we weren't aware of the options.

Very impressed with their work! Their homes are beautiful and very well constructed and their staff is excellent. Would highly recommend!
