We hired Force Building Company to construct our current home. Working with Force Building Company and directly with owner Dave Force proved to be a smooth and very enjoyable experience. Dave Force provides a complete and positive experience from home design to delivery and beyond. All trades were well coordinated, dependable, reliable, professional and very friendly. The quality of the materials and workmanship was top notch and the construction site was well maintained. The entire project was completed on budget in 7 months, five months ahead of the contracted completion date. Dave is conscientious and so thorough he even helped us locate a short term rental home as our prior home sold before our new home was completed. Dave is talented, honest, extremely flexible and strives to please the customer. We would strongly recommend Force Building Company.

The home we built with Dave was the 3rd custom home for us. The building process with Dave is totally transparent and he is a man of very high integrity.
