Flowers/Johnson Inc. has over 45 years of combined building experience. Mac began his building career in his early teens working for his father who was a homebuilder. Upon graduation from Washington and Lee University in 1979, he served seven years in the United States Navy flying P3C aircraft. Mac returned to Columbus in 1987 and began building quality homes with his father and 2 brothers. He has been very active in both the state and local Homebuilders Associations serving on the State Board of Directors and as President of the Columbus Association in 1993. Bobby began his building career in 1981. After graduating from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Building Construction degree, he started work with a national real estate developer. As vice president of construction for Lincoln Property Company, he was responsible for the land and building development of multifamily apartment communities in Atlanta, Ga. During his ten years with Lincoln, he built over 2700 units throughout the Atlanta area. Over the years Flowers/Johnson, Inc. has built many fine homes in Columbus and the surrounding area. A few of the subdivisions their homes can be seen are Maple Ridge, Lakeside at Callaway Woods and River Crest.
