Our Story We are a third and fourth generation family owned residential and commercial Design, Development and Construction company. Our family has served the Pacific Northwest in these capacities since 1972. We take part in projects in any one, or all three of those roles. However, we seek the continuity of project involvement from the feasibility phase through building occupancy. In every project that we take on we employ the collective skill of the areas top designers, engineers, suppliers, and craftspeople. Creativity, honesty, and integrity are the benchmarks by which we strive to operate. Headquartered in Newberg, a gateway to Oregon's Premier Wine Country, we prefer to distinguish ourselves as more than run-of-the-mill general contractors, but as Community Builders.
