Just moved into our new custom designed home built by Eenigenburg Builders. Offering preferred suppliers for selections of items helped out immensely and minimizing stress and decisions. We worked with Drew and Kurt. Drew was our main contact. Drew offered suggestions on selections, which saved us a lot of decision making time. Drew also noted some design discrepancies on our plans (plans were developed by an independent architect) and offered solutions to correct the issue. He pays attention to detail. The house is well built with quality material and craftsmanship. I would recommend using Eenigenburg Builders to anyone looking to build a new home or purchase a house built by Eenigenburg Builders.

Eenigenburg Builders entire team made the process of building a custom home so much less stressful than it could be. The process of building a custom home and having to make ALL of your selections is nothing short of daunting. Kurt is great at being able to guide you with those selections and keep the whole building timeline on schedule while being able to make sure you are also making the right selections. The various subcontractors were extremely helpful when picking out flooring or plumbing fixtures or just anything. The biggest measure I feel in a builder is when things don't go right and how they respond. I have been in the house well over a year, but had two concerns. Sherry in the office, who is always pleasant to communicate with, didn't bat an eye and scheduled the contractors to come out in less than 2 weeks and the work was done. Logan came in with a smile as always and they just took care of the customer. They are fair, do great work and stand behind that work. Eenigenburg was awesome to deal with and just good, kind people too. You won't be disappointed if you select them to build your next home.

My wife and I recently purchased a move in ready home from EBI. You can tell how exceptional the build and craftsmanship is when you walk though the home. Great design and interior decor. My husband and I have been settled into our home built by EBI for almost 2 months now. We began our journey by driving by a home they were finishing up and getting ready for a open house in a neighborhood nearby and we were graciously offered if we wanted to walk through.
