Micheal Edwards and his crew did an outstanding job on our residential major remodel in 2019. They came in on time and in budget. We have recommended them to family, friends and neighbors. Our job included demo, new framing, roof, fireplace, stucco, vaulting living room ceiling, new windows and doors, new kitchen, refinished wood floors, tile, painting, fence and new deck. The crew is dependable, professional, courteous, on time and get the job done! There’s unforeseen challenges opening up a 70 year old house, but the crew found the solutions, tackled them efficiently and resolved them. It’s an adjustment waking up every morning to workers in and around your house, but our foreman Jon, Micheal and the crew made that experience, positive!

I dreaded this project but Mike and his team were great to work with and made it almost painless. Greg, the project manager was so accommodating with my requests and helped me choose quality fixtures when I needed to make a decision. All the subs were respectful and focused on getting the job done in the confines of a condo. That had to be challenging. The project was completed in the time estimated even though the holidays were in the middle of things. I'm extremely pleased with the final results. It's relieved the stress of living with fiberglass and mold and I'm proud to have visitors. Several of them have already been impressed with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Edwards Contracting to my friends.

Mike and John are very professional and knowledgeable. They are also on time and within any initial budget proposal.I have used them twice. Once to replace several fogged windows and doors. Also, to do a complete kitchen remodel. I would use them again. I highly recommend them.

Mike and John are skilled at a wide variety of landscaping, carpentry, electrical and related projects. They are reliable and professional. They have the personal and technical skills to get the projects done well and at fair prices.

This company does it all and well. They built us a garage and rental unit from ground up with a ton of challenges. If you want it done right the first time then give them a call! Just remember, you get what you pay for.

Michael was a pleasure to work with, he rebuilt a full kitchen, a wet bath and master bath. In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.
