i can offer 1.4 million reasons why you should never trust your hard earned dollar to Schell or Echelon as we have been abandoned since the day we took delivery of our new home. structural issues abound. no one from Schell or Echelon will take responsibility for repairs, promises to handle the concerns have been abandoned, and no one in management, let alone a Schell, will give us time of day to address the concerns which they themselves have found to be significant. they have all the time in the world for you to take your money, but are no where to be found when you need them. at this point we have been lied to, disregarded, lip serviced to no end, and severely frustrated by the lack of commitment to follow through on commitments made. they claim they sell happiness, but what you find is the happiness they are committed to is there own. i would strongly urge you to do the homework, and if you are already in process with this builder, buyer beware! invest the money to have a home inspector and engineer evaluate your home before you close. once you are in, you are done.

Amazing attention to details, professionalism and quality.
Echelon used state of the art methods for construction renderings & plans as well as platforms for communication. The web-based project specific interface was of great value.
Individually, each of the Echelon team members were great to work with.
The in-house design studio was of great benefit as well - we were able to choose from a world of options with an infinite resource for complete customization under the advisement of a wonderful design professional.
Our construction-super was of the highest level - unparalleled communicatively and capability! Every detail was attended to with care and competence.
Echelon has our highest regard and we recommend them without reservation!

I can’t say enough about Echelon. We had a dream to live at the beach and found the perfect piece of land but were terrified at the thought of all that was involved in building a custom home. Echelon was there every step of the way from house architecture, interior design, construction, landscaping and even overseeing our pool contractor to make sure the quality met their high standards. Beyond the high quality of their homes and unbelievable layouts the passion of their team sets them apart. We have been in our Echelon home for a year and their commitment to customer satisfaction extends far beyond the day you take your keys.
You will spend a year with Echelon as a client but a lifetime as good friends.

Echelon built my home and it was a wonderful experience! They were so professional and used their expertise to give us a beautiful home that we love!
They finished our home on time and had a party for us there when we were ready to move in! The cost of the project was the same at the end as when we signed our contract except for our personal ad ons!
The design team, building coordinators and subs they hired were skilled and did a great job! They advised us on all our choices and are still providing us with help if we need it!
We are indeed so happy with the end result! We LOVE our Echelon home and look forward to building another one with them! They are really great!
