The folks at DTH were terrific! We were living out-of-state during the construction process, but they were there to assist at every turn. It made the entire construction process painless. We were contacted on a regular basis with status reports and pictures making us feel like we were actually part of the process. The house was completed a head of schedule with only a few punch items. We highly recommend DTH to anyone looking for a quality custom home builder!

This was our first time building a new home. The experience was wonderful, mostly because of an excellent project manager, Danny Balmer. We are so pleased we went with this company because although we were really shocked at how much dirt they recommended to place the slab safely, we are now reaping the benefits after experiencing the worst flooding in our area for years. We were "high and dry" when others were not so fortunate. Their due diligence paid off and for that we are really grateful. They also built an exceptional home!

Great company. Employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Design Tech Homes built a beautiful home for us. Materials are top notch, they don’t cut corners. The amount quoted to build was accurate. We did not have to come up with any additional funds. As a matter of fact, we received s refund got money not used. We love our home and all our neighbors tell us we have a beautiful home. Travis our construction manager, went above and beyond his call of duty to accommodate and always returned our calls. God blessed us with a beautiful home and we are grateful we chose DTH. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently, as everyone knows, the Houston area was devastated by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey. This morning I wrote an email to DTH and THANKED them for their foresight in the building process. Design Tech built our home in 2004, in Pearland, TX. Our contractor (point of contact) suggested that we build 1 foot up, and that proved to be a VERY good thing. The homes on each side of us (not DTH homes) flooded and many in our subdivision flooded. But due to this wonderful DTH contractor we were good. It was close, but PRAISE we came through all this DRY. We are very appreciative for this individual, and DTH.

We are currently building a home through Design Tech. The site manager is very respectful and addresses any concerns we have. Design Tech's new Main Street America gives home builders an opportunity to see the latest technology. The owner of the company offers a free home building seminar for anyone building a custom home (not just those who choose Design Tech). In the beginning DTH worked with us to get the price of the home within our budget and as of now the home is set to be finished within the original time frame. DTH also explored different possibilities with us like Geothermal AC/heating, tankless water heaters, and other engineering ideas that would make our home more energy efficient.
