We hired Crownline Homes, LLC to finish our basement and couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! They were one of the few contractors that we met with that could commit to getting the job done within our budget and short time frame required as we needed it completed prior to our son's wedding in May, but we didn't have the funds available to start until February. Rob King did an amazing job meeting with us numerous times to understand our needs, interests and style. He helped come up with some creative designs and solutions to the project along the way. They even proactively identified and corrected existing defects to bring the project fully up to code. The project manager, Dave Sweeney, was always available, onsite daily and very responsive to our inquiries and requests. He kept the project moving and worked through a number of roadblocks and issues uncovered. Without Dave's leadership and drive, the project would not have completed on time. Anna King was very helpful in assisting us with picking out our colors, treatments and various selections. She would offer suggestions based on our input and would let us know when she had alternative ideas and thoughts about our selections - ultimately leaving it up to us to decide. Bryan Grissom did an awesome job of following up once the major project was complete to ensure the remaining fit, finish, and punch list items were taken care of in a timely manner. Together, the Crownline Homes team exceeded our expectations! They do quality work at a fair price with a conscientious, talented team of professionals and high quality sub-contractors who choose to work with Crownline because of the way they are treated and taken care of. Do yourself a favor and give Crownline an opportunity to bid on your next major project, renovation or new build. You'll be glad you did!
