Remodeled guest and master bath which included floors, granite counters, paint, tile showers, sinks/tub/stool, and fixtures. Value creating suggestions, highest job quality control, great communication during all phases, commitment to schedule, control of subs, and very good protection of area and cleanup, are all strong points. Very happy with results and would definitely use them again.

Creative Castles built our home in 2007 and we couldn't have asked for a better job and better process. Every step of the way was clearly laid out and every one of our wishes were understood and provided. It was an unbelievably positive and fun process unlike our previous building experience. Surrey is unsurpassed in building experience and knowledge and has the character, honor and intregity that you would want in a best friend. He helped us stay within our budget and completed the home we had dreamed about. He remains a close dear friend! I have also recently seen a remodel job that Creative Castles completed which was beautiful and creative, just like their name. You can't go wrong with Creative Castles!

Creative Castles did 2 remodels. The first was our back porch area. They helped us design a screened porch which required raising the grade 3 feet and extending the slab as well as the roof line. When they finished it looked like the house was originally built with this extensive screened porch. After they finished with the back porch we asked them to remodel our master bath. Other than the frames of the existing vanity cabinets, it was basically a complete redo. New windows, moving and widening door frames, custom built island cabinet, new doors and drawers on existing frame cabinets, granite counter tops, travertine tiled shower and floor, all new fixtures, mirrors, lighting and paint/stain, a complete job. Guest bath, removed the cultured marble and installed all new fixtures, travertine counter tops and tiled the bathtub/shower area and floor. In the powder room they removed tile floor, installed wood floor, new fixtures including a granite topped vanity and new lighting. They built a really cool wine rack under the staircase to the second floor. We were pleased with all the work and were glad we choose Surrey and Lance to make these changes to our home. With any remodel there are always unexpected surprises and they always found a way to solve them at reasonable cost and keep the project on schedule

Creative Castles constructed our new home after working closely with us and our architect to develop plans that reflected our goals as to style, costs, aesthetics, durability and beauty. The Ewing's drew upon their extensive experience in custom home construction and offered many suggestions to make the home more interesting and functional without significantly increasing costs or schedule. They respected our input and provided facts to make informed selections. When problems occurred, as might be expected in a one of a kind home, they resolved the issues to our satisfaction.
