Together with our board certified architect, we take into account your personal needs and living objectives, based on an extensive interview process where we get to know you better. We will be spending many months together for the duration of this project, so it is essential that we know you and your needs as much as possible. Your Clare Castle Custom Homes construction team will finalize all pricing and determine a budget with you. The trade partners we choose must meet and adhere to our high standards. All of our partners must have a high level of experience, quality, cooperation, communication and, of course, the necessary insurance coverage. Once construction has been completed, a final “walk” will be done to identify any flaws or defects which need to be addressed and a punch list created.
