We already knew Chris Elliott before appointing him to build our new home – a 400m2 slightly elevated single level Hampton style home. Chris had already established himself with us as a very reputable quality builder on a couple of small projects. Whilst our experiences were limited, his reputation with us was through extensive 3rd party experiences and also observation of his work to his own property. We had never built before and our build was a very intricate and detailed project. I found Chris Elliot to be extremely professional throughout the extension. He started first with a honest quote that didn’t over capitalise on the value of the property. He provided valuable advice on any changes proposed by myself, especially if they weren’t going to work. The project stayed on schedule and there was minimal disruptions to the main house which enable my family of 6 to still live on the property. Considering my children are of young age the construction area was kept quite safe which was extremely important to me. Now at the end of the project my old 1970s house is not a modern 4 bedroom with two bathrooms and a amazing laundry that finally isn’t the size of a linen cupboard!!! The standard of build is exceptional quality and no fault can be found with the work. Any contractors used or recommended also completed work to a high standard. Chris has just completed a project for me. I couldn't be happier. He took my old Queensland house from being a bit shaky on her pins and a bit frayed round the edges back to her majestic proper self, sturdy as a cliff face (thanks Deano) and in command of the garden again (though some of it's a bit nuked at the moment, but summer is coming...). It's been a pleasure working with Chris. He's fine with mad new ideas, and slight adjustments to old ones.

Chris and his staff have provided us with a beautiful home that is built to the highest standard. Our build was not a straightforward renovation and Chris tackled it with extreme competence and in a very timely manner. We have engaged him three times and hope to do another build with him soon!

Chris was engaged as a builder to carry out extensions to our existing house. To save some dollars, my husband was the Project Manager for the first and hopefully last time which meant that Chris needed to be flexible, timely and professional. He has provided us with ideas and solutions that have helped us a great deal along the way. Most importantly, we trust Chris which has made this experience pleasurable.
