We hired Allen Bounds and his company for some retrofit hurricane clips and storm shutters on our home through the MySafeFLHome program. From the beginning to the end Allen has been amazing at communicating the process. Whenever we had questions or requests, he was very accommodating and friendly. Very happy we went with Bounds Construction for this project.

We purchased an older Cordova Park home in 2019 and needed a patio update that included attention to drainage/slope issues, mobile/ADA-type accessibility and of course great aesthetics. Allen and his team delivered on all accounts! They patiently listened to our unique needs and had great ideas we never thought we could have included. The design / build model was ideal in quickly resolving unforeseeable site issues as they came up. Always professional but just fun to work with. The craftsmanship and attention to detail created a great space that we love and use now more than ever.

Allen designed and built our dream home. After seeing 30+ homes we happened upon one of his that will now be our forever home. I knew the minute we pulled up and saw the unique architecture this was the home for us. Allen’s attention to detail is second to none. He puts his heart into his work and it shows. Not only is he extremely talented with design/built he is also great to work with. We would highly recommended Bounds Architecture!
