I offer a balanced mix of ‘hands-on’ and supervisorial expertise. I only do one job at a time. This allows me to personally control every aspect of the project, insuring that no mistakes are made and no time is lost trying to fix what should have been done right the first time. Today’s custom home is complicated. Not only is it engineered to a very high standard, but the sophistication of the clientele has also increased. Energy and data systems only dreamed about a decade ago have now become a necessity. Levels of finish have become very high and the added drama of the architecture requires complicated engineering. The responsibility that the project is completed as designed and according to the wishes of the client rests completely with me.
