As first time home buyers, the process of buying a home was initially scary. But Sean and Blanca made the process very easy to understand. They were easy to reach, and very willing (and patient) to help us to find the right home. We are very happy with our first home and would highly recommend them to all our friends and family!

Sean & Blanca helped us find an amazing deal on the perfect home for our family. They were there for us during a very hard time in our life and walked us through the home buying process making it fun, friendly and NOT stressful. They negotiated well for us and we always knew they were on our side and would work their tails off for us. They know their stuff, are professional and at the same time, very easy to talk to and work with. They work HARD for their clients and are passionate about what they do. My husband and I had crazy schedules and were in a time crunch to find a home. Sean worked with our schedule, most times on short notice. Sean is very down to earth, he'll tell you the good and the bad about the home and the area (which was great because we were new the the areas we were looking at). My husband has gone through many Realtors, Sean was his perfect match. I personally didn't really know what being a Smart Home Agent was (my husband was all about it and it was half the reason we went with Sean), after we purchased our home Sean came over and gave a customized recommendation on all the different Smart Home technology out there and how it could improve our home. We will be using Sean for all of our future home purchases and HIGHLY recommend!
