Chad lives in Boulder with his wife and two children. Prior to being in real estate, Chad was a member of the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team, competing internationally and holds several national titles. Today, he still enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking in Boulder’s beautiful foothills, surfing areas near and far, and generally enjoying the Boulder lifestyle.
