This is where re-design and space planning (removing walls, opening up spaces, redesign of the kitchen or master bath) can make a house the home of their dreams. I work with buyers to find the appropriate property in the location they prefer. Prior to purchase, and based on the client's individual needs, I provide re-design and space planning of the interior and design drawings of what the house could become. This allows buyers to visualize the home's fullest potential. For sellers, I offer re-design and space planning along with design drawings, to enable potential buyers to envision a maximized interior space. This gives my sellers a huge advantage when marketing their property. Whether it's renovating your current home or a newly-purchased house, I work in partnership with my clients to understand their specific needs.
