I specialize in Residential Homes, Resale, New Construction, and First Time Home-buyers. I have once served as office manager, closing coordinator and teams over the course of 15 years. My expertise gained me the Top Sales Producing in my office with over 8 million in sales for 2015, Leadership Academy for Richmond RAR, Accredited Buyer Represenative and Service Award Winner.

If you are looking to buy a home, looking for the right realtor is your first step. Greer is just that - the perfect realtor. She made the entire home-buying process easy and was patient with my questions and concerns throughout. She was always willing to help when needed and is a great person to be around - cheerful, funny, smart. It was an absolute delight to work with Greer when buying my first home!

After having a bad experience with a previous agent, we met Greer. She was a tremendous help with not only finding, but negotiating the deal on our first home. Greer did an excellent job of working with us, first time home sellers, to successfully sell our house quickly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She was very friendly and communicated often which was something we really wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Greer pays attention to details. We had a complex family dynamic. 4 generations under one roof and she NAILED IT when she found the perfect home for us. There was space for Grand Pa and baby Micah. She's the best!
