Hello! A bit about me. I'm uniquely positioned in the industry by being both a licensed real estate agent and a certified real estate appraiser. My experience over the past 25+ years has given me insight into multiple market areas throughout the Twin Cities Metro area as well as throughout southern and southeastern Minnesota. My office is located in Northfield, Minnesota, but service all markets within a 35-mile radius +/-. My career history has given me knowledge and experience in all areas of the real estate transaction. In addition to my tenure as a REAL ESTATE AGENT & APPRAISER, I have also worked in the MORTGAGE industry as an underwriter, processor, asset manager, and department manager. My business experiences place me in the unique position to have full knowledge of the ENTIRE PROCESS of buying and / or selling real estate. Areas of expertise include: Buyer Representation, Seller Representation, and appraisals. of Residential Properties (both in-town and rural), Hobby Farms, Foreclosures and Short Sales, First Time Buyers, Move-Up Buyers, Unique Properties, High Value Properties, and more. In addition to working as a real estate agent, I also perform appraisals for Mortgage, PMI Removal, Estate Planning, Divorce, Probate, and Attorneys. Outside of work, I enjoy participating in outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, running, and paddling.
