Cheryl Bednar-Jimenez

Cheryl Bednar-Jimenez, MA, REALTOR® is a Marion County local real estate expert who combines her love for helping people with her passion for the real estate industry. Cheryl was born and raised in Ohio, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree at The University of Dayton. She then went on to get a Master’s degree at Morehead State University in clinical psychology. Before getting into the real estate business in 2007, Cheryl worked as a Correctional Treatment Specialist for Federal Bureau of Prisons for 13 years. She is an active agent with Sellstate Next Generation Realty, representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers educating and advising clients an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. Cheryl is a social media and technology devotee and an active member of the local community. Cheryl and her husband have raised their three children in Ocala and have been volunteers for Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Trinity Catholic High School and various youth sports programs in the local community. Cheryl currently volunteers for the Marion County Homeless Council and remains an active steward for Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.
