Andy Ogorzaly ("Andy O") is an award winning Realtor, who has been making his clients dreams a reality since 2010. As a Chicagoland native, Andy sells properties in most Chicago neighborhoods, but especially the Near North Side, Wicker Park / Bucktown, Lincoln Park, Oak Park, and the surrounding suburbs. Specializing in buyer & seller representation, investment properties, and luxury transactions, his multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients. Andy truly understands the dynamics of the Chicagoland real estate market and is able to educate his clients so they can make the best decisions possible. Andy uses the latest technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Andy has earned a BA in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign that provided the solid background on which his career has been built. Success in the business takes hard work and Andy has had the honor of earning several awards throughout his career including being named one of the Top 5 EXIT agents in Illinois in Gross Volume and Closed Ends and was recognized by EXIT Realty Corp. International in 2012-2014. Andy is a member in good standing of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Luxury Home Council, in addition to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). He is also an advisory board member of CAR's Young Professionals Network (YPN). Andy gives back to the community by donating to Habitat for Humanity.
