Zinran Construction did a kitchen remodel for me among many many other things. Garage door, waterproofing garage, HVAC, etc. it was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team. They were the most professionals, cleaned up after a day of construction and were just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Zinran.

Contractors don’t come any better! I highly recommend Grant Parcells of Zinran Construction for home remodeling and new home construction. He works with skilled craftspeople and quality subcontractors that share his high standard of construction. I’ve been fortunate to have worked with Grant on several major projects on my house over the past 12 years. Grant’s even and steady character has navigated me through the building process in the best way possible. He has always come through for me.

We completely remodeled the main living floor of our home. Grant and his team did an outstanding job for us from the design phase through project completion. Grant was also able to make our basement living arrangement (while the project in process) comfortable. The thing that we appreciated most was we felt heard by Grant and he was responsive throughout the entire project. At all times we knew what was happening and the trades showed up and completed the work timely. We were aware of any delays and appreciated knowing. Luckily, we only had one slight delay on materials. We will continue to use Grant and Zinran for our home projects and highly recommend them to anyone who wants top-notch service and quality work done on their home.

We were so pleased with the results of working with Zinran Construction Services to replace the carpet in our home. Grant took care of all the details from the initial stages of helping us choose the carpet to the placement of the last piece of furniture after the carpet was installed. We used Zinran Construction Services Inc. to change out our kitchen countertops and island, replacing granite with new Cambria Quartz. Grant Parcells handled all of the details from planning through installation in a thorough, well thought out process. After exploring color and style samples he furnished, Grant arranged a meeting with the supplier where we all discussed options, viewed samples, and made a final selection. All of the details of scheduling, moving appliances and selecting a plumber and style of sink prior to installation day, were handled seamlessly. We were particularly concerned that the process to remove the granite could be done without disturbing the tile back splash that we wanted to retain and that job was done perfectly. We highly recommend Zinran for any construction or remodeling projects. They provided five star services. John and Mary Bergene

I just completed a deck and patio project with Grant and the Zinran team. The project was so well managed and Grant was so easy to work with. My design and construction options were fully explained and care was taken to deliver a beautiful deck while staying within my budget. I was also very impressed by the care, courtesy and skill of the workers who were on site.

We have used Zinran for multiple projects on two different houses - some small projects, some quite large. Zinran has an unequaled attention to quality. We've thrown lots of challenges their way (both in older houses), and each time they are are able to work through a solution. We had a full kitchen and bathroom remodel which was completed on time in 2019- and we are thrilled with the results. Now starting several new projects in 2021. Highly recommended.

In our retirement, we suddenly realized that our wonderful two story home of the last 35 years on the lake in the woods but minutes away from St. Paul and Minneapolis would soon be trouble for us both. Our only hope to stay here was an elevator! Fortunately we found Grant Parcels with a plan that fitted our needs perfectly! We could use closet spaces to avoid losing any living space and get it designed so that it looks like it was an original part of house, fitting in perfectly with room decor upstairs and down. It was going to take a few months to install but Grant was glad to work over the winter months while we were out of town in our California condo! We had a safe and secure home all winter and upon arrival in the spring found the beautiful finished product working like a swiss clock! We plan to stay in our most favorite place anywhere for the rest of our years thanks to Grant and his masterful elevator installation job!

After meeting with many contractors, I knew I felt confident in choosing Zinran for my bathroom remodel project. I was extremely happy with Grant as he walked me through the many steps of choosing colors, designs and costs. The inconvenience of a remodel project in your house is a given, but each subcontractor was careful to respect the space in my home and their skills (electrical, plumbing, cabinet building, painting, etc) were wonderful. A few issues along the way were handled so professionally by Grant and he quickly solved every issue. He also answered my many questions before and during the project. The project moved along at a good pace and I am completely happy with the results. A smaller laundry room and storage room project done by Ziinran also left me completely satisfied with custom built cabinets and the removal of an old heavy laundry sink. I would recommend Grant and Zinran Construction for any home remodeling project. A Happy Customer, Diane.

Grant was fantastic to work with for our kitchen renovation/remodel! We felt completely informed every step of the way, from the early phases of design options and ideas to demolition to the sub work to the finishing touches. We love our new kitchen! Everyone on the Zinran "team" was so friendly, knowledgable, helpful and cleaned up every single day before they left. We couldn't be happier!
