Their cost was in the middle of the range of quotes, and the install met and exceeded my expectations. Austin was communicative and responsive to my specific requests, and he went out of his way to confirm details of the install with me. Austin and Dustin Young are great to work with. Not only are they true craftsmen, but communication was easy and the work was timely. We had two bathrooms tiled, with a shower in each, in a condo near downtown Austin. We are very pleased with the results.

After we discovered a water leak in our home and realized 80% of our floors would need to be replaced we started doing our homework. We wanted an installer that would do the work themselves, not just subcontract the work out. We interviewed multiple flooring installers: each with different experience levels, different expertise, and different price ranges. Austin and Dustin Young were different from the others. From the beginning their professionalism stood apart. They were honest about the process, honest with our choice of flooring (wood-like tile), and honest about the time frame. They were happy to lend us advise when it came to what tile, what grout, and where to look. Their work was meticulous. They were NEAT and CLEAN while installing tile! Dustin Young deserves every star! He answered the phone when I called, was very professional and since I was in a time crunch he worked me into his schedule on short notice. He was quick, and did an excellent job. I plan to use Young again soon for another project based on this exceptional experience.

On this project Young Tile International installed our kitchen backsplash, stacked stone fireplace, and versailles pattern flooring (1000sq feet). Dustin and Austin are a pleasure to work with; courteous and professional. Dustin described the install process for us in detail and Austin installed as described with great attention to detail and no cutting corners. This was a very expensive floor so we wanted it done right the first time; Young Tile kept all their promises and the results are beautiful. During our 8 day floor install Austin was particularly thoughtful and laid the tile in a manner that allowed us to maintain access to all rooms of our house each evening without walking on wet tile. Young Tile International is the ultimate professional tile team in Austin, and we could not be happier with the overall experience and the final results. We had a very large project - almost 2,000 SF of custom cut marble flooring and a floor to 14-foot ceiling fireplace.
