What started out with the installation of a tankless water heater and Water purification system, turned into having a tub removed and handicap accessible shower installed. Both the tankless water heater and water purification system were delivered with hidden defects. Dwayne was very patient and helped us work through homeowner purchased products. After working through the dynamics of trouble shooting the problems, uninstalling the defective items, we then moved into the bathroom remodel. Again there were concealed problems, all of them resolved satisfactorily, resulting in an excellent project.
