I’m Anna Valladares, the founder and CEO of AV Home Staging. I have more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. What started as a fun way to boost my business became my passion—from my home garage to a few storage rooms to now having a 3000 sqft warehouse. As a result, AV Home Staging was created and became the go-to home staging company for many of our realtor friends and real estate investors. Although, since my early years, I have always loved furnishings and interior design, I never would have imagined I would become an entrepreneur running a successful home staging business. We own our inventory and have a variety of beautiful selections of furnishings and accent pieces to stage many times of homes. First, our mission is to stage any home regardless of location. Ana Did an amazing job with our clients, and worked with them from Start to finish. She was always available, and prompt with everything. This included delivery and pick up. Excellent staging that yielded us an extra $25,000 in price.

AV Home Staging is very reliable and professional. Our home is often our biggest investment so when it is time to sell, it can be stressful. Anna, is very caring and very efficient on her work, she details and make sure that the customer is satisfied with all the items that she stages. She follows up to make sure everything is OK if there’s any concerns or the owner. If the owner is not happy with the items she makes the makes the necessary changes to make the customer is happy I’m very happy with Anna, she is very professional and caring.

I hired AV Home Staging over a year ago to stage my listing in Highland Park. The house was a challenge to sell due to some construction issues but Anna used the perfect furniture and decoration to make the house look beautiful and welcoming. Without question this she is the stager you want to use! Anna staged a hard to sell home for me and we sold it fast! Anna is also very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend her 100% to anyone who required decorating or staging services.
