Vercon Inc.

Our lake home project was our first new build. After meeting with builders in Central Minnesota, we chose Vercon who was highly recommended by a friend. We were concerned about working long distance as we live in the Twin Cities and our property is over two hours from home. Utilizing an online construction application, we were able to keep abreast of the building with daily pictures and updates on our project. The Vice President of Construction and Project Lead were key to making good decisions and keeping our decision making on task. We were given a fair budget for each element of our project and we are happy to report that we came in with a cost that was very close to our original estimate. Working with Shannon Allen Design locally and Vercon, we were able to easily design each feature and finish of the home. The project went very smoothly and was completed on schedule. We would highly recommend Vercon!

They are very organize and produce a wonderful product for the customer. They have been a pleasure to work with.

I’ve been fortunate to complete multiple projects as a subcontractor of VERCON Inc. Great attention is given towards quality, communication and construction timeframes to ensure a satisfied client. The VERCON team has a very good overall understanding of the construction process. They recognize each area of the building experience and address each accordingly, from communicating with the client to relaying their wants and ideas with the rest of the team. I can count on the promises that are made and know they will be kept which makes the process run smoothly. I hope to have continued opportunities with them in the future and look forward to watching them grow as a premiere leader in the construction industry.

We lost our home to a fire a bit over a year ago. With in a couple weeks we started the process of looking into rebuilding. After visiting with a number of contractors we chose to work with Vercon. I have to add here that there is a big difference in "having to" build a house as opposed to "wanting to" , at least from a planning perspective. We had next to zero anticipation of what was to be expected. From the start the folks we worked with at Vercon were tremendous. The concern for our situation and the support they provided was excellent. Starting with the initial planning and through the building process the concern they had to do things right and how we wanted it was evidenced by the multitude of questions and options they posed to us. They took the time to educate us, provided pro's and con's in an objective manner for each and every step of the building of our home. Communication was supported via an interactive web site they provide. This tool allowed us to anticipate what was happening when and provided timelines for decisions needed from us to keep the project moving along as planned. It also provided the opportunity to comment or ask questions , both us to them and them to us, which was extremely efficient and painless. Progress, along with photos were posted almost on a daily basis which allowed us to see what was happening without having to drive over to the site. Very nice, very convenient and an extremely effective tool they provide. As for that timeline, they set a date back in October along with a detailed construction schedule and , well, they gave us the keys to our home on the day as scheduled. The quality of the finished product is amazing. The attention to detail is phenomenal. I don't mind saying, our house is almost too nice........We could not be happier..............period.

From a subcontracting perspective Vercon and they're representatives Matt Sayre and Tucker Halonen have been exceptional to work with. They provide jobiste information and office paperwork in a timely and professional manner. It's refreshing to work with individuals that treat subcontractors with respect.
