This company was hired by our Condo Association to handle the remediation and build back of our units due to the flooding caused by Ian. They did come and help some of the owners on remediation, but not others. They did not help us in any way until they came on October 19 when they sent a crew to tear out the drywall. The crew they sent was inexperienced and unsupervised. Then, Tri-Town billed us $14,372.43 for doing the remediation. They did not do any remediation. They billed for work they did not do and they were fully aware they were fraudulently billing. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Tri-Town just finished a remodel at my home. To say the project went perfectly would be an understatement!! The entire house was a total remodel and Tri-Town made it look absolutely amazing! The entire process, from the initial walk-through, to the finishing touches and punch list items was seamless, totally stress-free, and simply the best! I would 1,000% recommend Tri-Town to anyone looking for a reputable, high quality, and professional general contractor. I cannot say enough good things about Tri-Town! Put simply, Tri-Town is the absolute best!!

Marc and his team at Tri-Town Construction are simply the best in the business. When I walked into his office off Alico Road, I was expecting the typical run-around and hard sale. Marc simply provided his best idea of how to attack our project, gave us options, and let my wife and I take as much time as we needed to decide. As a consumer in Southwest Florida, I checked out a few other firms, but we eventually decided to go with Marc because of his expertise, time in the area, and team. Our project was done before the expected date and we held our annual neighborhood get together at the house to great praise.
