Their 6 step remodel process allowed for streamlined collaboration, communication and coordination in our complete condo refresh. We are thrilled with our results and plan to use THE Remodel Group in future projects.

I have used The Remodel Group for various projects over the last 8 years. I have always found their work to be of high quality, which is why I have continued to use them. Michael has provided good customer service and has resolved any issues that might arise. The last project that I had done was to relocate the shut off for the washing machine to make it easily accessible. After re-piping, drywall and painting the project was completed last week. All was done to my satisfaction. I am sure I will be asking them to do another project in the future.

We worked with The Remodel Group on a primary suite addition and couldn't be happier. The new space looks and feels amazing. The Remodel Group team was fantastic from the start. The were great at communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process. From the initial discussion, to the renderings, to the materials selection, and the final plan The Remodel Group was there to help and support us. Their project manager was never more than a phone call away and all of the tradespeople who worked on the project were very nice and professional. We hired T.H.E. Remodel Group for a 2nd floor bedroom addition. They raised the roof, cantilevered the house out 5 feet and finished the attic/storage room space. From the beginning, Steve exuded transparency and trust and worked with us to get us a competitive quote within our budget. The project got started in the beginning of February and took less than 2 months to complete, which is what they quoted. They met timelines despite one snow storm and several other rainy/snowy/subfreezing temperature days! Their project manager, Michael, is phenomenal and made sure things, like the roof, got done ahead of weather events even if it meant working on the weekend! Everything from the quality of the craftmanship to the professionalism of the contractors, to their back-office process was top-notch. We also want to acknowledge their back-office staff, Angie and Dayna, for their responsiveness with the invoicing, project updates, and any time we had a question. We couldn't be happier with the end-result. Steve really runs a professional, well-oiled machine. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We highly recommend THE Remodel Group! Steve and his design team worked with us to carefully identify the scope of our (large) remodel project and provide detailed estimates so we could plan our budget. Over the three-month course of work we were constantly updated on timelines via an app that made both communication and information-sharing easy. They were patient, responsive, informative, and did their best to minimize the impact on our family. Their work was top-notch and we were more than pleased with the final product. Our home feels like the sanctuary we always thought it could be. On top of all of that, the core team was a pleasure to have in our home every day. By the end of the project, my kids were genuinely sad to see Eric, Denise, Michael, and Grant drive away for the last time!

We had a fantastic experience with Steve and his team as they helped us transform our kitchen, dinging room, laundry room and bathroom. They landed the project on time and on budget while keeping us appraised of everything that was going on. We appreciated the partnership and their honest approach as they explained options to us, helping us make informed decisions. Everyone on their team and on the subcontractors’ crews showed a very high degree of competence and professionalism. Where to start? The Remodel Group is the 4th contractor I've worked with from the initial build of our house to now the third remodel. They are the only one I would have no regret recommending. They will not be the least expensive bid you get, but they will deliver the quality you expect and you will not have to worry that they are not doing things the right way. They communicate during every step in the process. They show up when they say they will and on time. They completed our job on-time and on budget. The project consisted of a kitchen facelift: new counter tops, back splash, painting cabinets, walls and ceiling and some new appliances. But what started this whole thing was wanting to do something about the dated, ugly brick veneer and "trip point" hearth on the fireplace. We are not the best at selecting colors or materials, so we worked with a designer that TRG works with regularly. It was a great experience and a great result. Decisions that would have taken us months was accomplished in about three weeks. Paul was our lead carpenter/stone mason/tile guy/etc. what a gem; if he can't do anything I'd be surprised. The quality of his work was exceptional. Everything was cleaned up and put away at the end of every day. Michael was the supervisor on the project and was here once or twice a week (1 month project), Steve was here at least once a week making sure we were happy with the work/progress/people/etc. There are always "got-chas" in any work like this and Steve and his crew and subs have been prompt to come back and address them. I am a do-it-yourselfer and I know a lot about how things should be done to obtain the best result. I am a devoted "This Old House" watcher and always wonder where you find contractors like Tommy Silva and carpenters like Norm Abram. I found them at The Remodel Group.

At my first meeting with Steve Klingerman(late September) we discussed what I was planning to do, to remodel my Condo's kitchen. He came to my residence 2 days later and looked at the space, we discussed budget, and he told me it was unlikely we could get the project done at that amount. I understood that and over the next 3 weeks he and his team designed the kitchen. researched cabinets that would help keep the kitchen closer to the original budget amount. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with me on that. The cabinet came in the first week of November and the project started. Eric worked at my house every day until November 28th. He was very nice and was very conscious of Construction dust and its containment. I really appreciated that. Eric was always on time and came when he said he was going to. He took on some challenges and was able to work through them. As I watched the changes as the kitchen came together, the excitement was significant. At the very end when he put my range in place, it fit perfectly side to side but would not go back far enough leaving about a 5 inch space between the range and the wall. Also, the stove was too tall and even at it's lowest level there was a cap of about an inch between the countertop and the range top. The team then met and problem solved it. A piece of my Quartz counter top was used to fill the space in the back. You would not know it was not to be like that. then they removed the feet on the range and it dropped it down to approximately a quarter inch from the counter. With matched caulking they closed the remain space all around the range. It also allows for easy removal of the range at a late date. My new floor is now installed and all the walls and trim painted and I am very happy with the results. Besides having my kitchen done They installed matching cabinets in my dinning room for a China Cabinet, I love it. Before the project started I had a full set of plans color enhance and also very specific contracts and payment plans laid out this help me stay on top of the project as well. I hired The Remodel Group to customize one wall of my garage. The response to my initial request was quick and friendly. Suggestions made at the first viewing were very helpful, and the estimate for the work proved accurate (even a little under). They kept in touch before and during the remodel, and, once started, the work moved very quickly and accurately. The workmen made sure I got what I wanted and what would work well. Would definitely re-hire for any future projects.
