Tracy Graham Interiors was established over 15 years ago and is based in Surrey and London. Designing and decorating your home, office or commercial space should be enjoyable. However too often the seemingly endless choices and decisions become daunting and time-consuming. Employing an experienced designer/project manager to guide you through the process and organise everything, leaves you free to enjoy the best bits, while achieving the style you want within your budget. The company works on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects in the UK. Working Together with an experienced team of talented trades, we can provide a personalised relaxed design service. Tracy designs each project personally and co-ordinates the team of contractors and trades, giving the client the peace of mind that the project will be carried out seamlessly, on time and on budget. From full home, office designs, rebuilds, extensions and refurbishments to a single room makeover, we work with you to create your perfect space. Creating beautiful homes, spaces and lifestyles, that work for the people who live and work in them and designs that will stand the test of time.

Tracy managed a renovation project which included a new kitchen, repainting and new flooring throughout the downstairs and gutting & replacing the ensuite including a new skylight. Tracy is lovely to work with. She was great at listening to what I wanted, suggesting design ideas and staying within my budget. The crew were delightful to have around and did a great job. We were able to move out knowing the project was in safe hands.

Cobham home

We moved into our house in August 2021 and wanted to renovate the downstairs area before Christmas. Being new to the area, we had no contacts. After our initial consultation, Tracy picked up on our vision straight away and understood what we wanted. Her attention to detail is outstanding and her contact list is extensive! We are absolutely delighted with the quality of work and materials recommended by Tracy. We still have more work we want to do to our house and will definitely be asking Tracy for her vision and ideas! Everyone who has seen our house since the renovations are hugely impressed and we couldn’t have accomplished it without Tracy! Even when it was outside of her scope of work, I didn’t feel I couldn’t ask Tracy for her opinion and she was always willing to help. Tracy has fresh up to date ideas and genuinely listens to what you need as a family and advises accordingly. I can genuinely say we would never have achieved the renovations we have done in the timeframe without Tracy. An absolute pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

Huge thanks to Tracy for all her hard work on our house. After meeting Tracy, what started as some interior design advice ended up with Tracy project managing our garage conversion, single storey extension and complete refurb of the property. Made all the more impressive as Tracy had to manage the final months of work with us remotely, as we were posted abroad. Tracy had some fantastic ideas and totally transformed our home. She was able to assist with carpets, paint, blinds, wallpaper, bathrooms, lighting, wonderful storage solutions and much more, even helping to order pieces and use her contacts to get competitive prices for us. Tracy was very patient, always listening to our requirements and pushing our creative thinking (an area we struggle with). We love the transformation. It is testament to Tracy’s hard work that the first people to view the house with our rental agent snapped it up. Tracy’s attention to detail was very much appreciated in our absence. It was our first time using an interior designer and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracy. She was a pleasure to work with and she worked brilliantly with our builder.

Tracy has helped us transform our new home from a basic box into a contemporary, stylish cosy home, a wonderful transformation that is perfect for our lifestyle. Tracy was delightful to work with, creative, responsive, energetic and a great eye for detail. Tracy's knowledge and recommendations of where to buy were spot on and saved us so much time "googling". Tracy also kept me on the straight and narrow when I sent her mad ideas in the evening which stopped me making expensive mistakes, thank you. We used our own builder who Tracy built a great relationship with even when we were away. We could not have done it without you.

Tracy is great to work with and has a great eye. She worked with our style and updated it and added colour to make it so much better. She worked with our existing furniture and didn't require us to replace much. She even found a place for the things we did replace to give them a new lease on life. Her costs were reasonable and she got us some great discounts. Excellent value!

I have worked with Tracy several times on different projects, ranging from organising curtains and blinds to more substantial interior design projects. She has a very good eye for detail and for understanding what is required for a particular job. She has a good team of contractors and is reliable and can work to budget. I would highly recommend her.

Film and Furniture

Tracy helped us to reimagine and reconfigure many rooms in our apartment to allow us to work from home - with one bedroom becoming a fully functioning home studio - this had a knock on effect on most other rooms. We could not have done it without her, and we are delighted with the results, which has in facilitated a change in our whole way of working and living. Her seamless coordination of many of the tradespeople made the whole process much quicker and less painful than if we had ever attempted such a project on our own!

Tracy Graham Interiors re-designed and refurbished my kitchen. Tracy did a fantastic job, she miraculously created more space and light in a very challenging area. The kitchen was not only old and out of date, it was also cramped and dark. Tracy and her team managed to transform the space with careful lighting, design and well chosen kitchen equipment. I wish I had done it sooner, it cost a lot less than I had first anticipated.
