Tom Reavey did a great job on our bathroom / bedroom remodel – we were very pleased with both the process and results. Tom listened carefully, designed thoughtfully and brought in a team that worked with professionalism and attention to detail. He was always on top of matters and communicated project status regularly – we never had to chase him for information. He worked very hard to minimize surprises, which was particularly impressive given that the project occurred during the Covid-induced supply chain shortages.

I'm an interior designer and was hired by some lovely clients to work on an old house that Tom was completely renovating for them. He was such an all-around pleasure to work with, and I'm sorry that I can't say that about more of the general contractors I've worked with over the past 20 years. The good ones like this are few and far-between! We have similar sensibilities and I felt that we were in sync during the whole project. Some contractors don't appreciate working with designers, which can make things awkward, but he was not one of them. I very much appreciated that he asked for design direction rather than making decisions on his own, graciously accommodated all of my detailed requests, and was not offended in the least if I made design suggestions. He and his crew were polite, communicative, responsible, efficient, detail-oriented and professional. The finished product was beautiful and the clients were very happy. I would highly recommend him and look forward to future projects together.

We were looking for our "forever home" when we came across a place that was great, but needed a lot of love. When it came time to select a contractor, we were impressed with how detail oriented Tom was with assessing the project and providing recommendations. It was clear that Tom would be committed to getting the project done right, not just getting it done as quickly as possible to move on to the next project. During the remodel, we could not have asked for a better contractor. We never had to worry about whether or not something would get done right, because Tom was there to ensure it was done correctly. He has great relationships with vendors in the area which made us feel very comfortable as well. There's nothing better than having a contractor you can trust, and we truly trusted Tom with our "forever home". Tom was incredibly accommodating to meeting with us on nights or weekends. Most importantly, it was clear that Tom was remodeling the house as if it were his own.

We chose Tom over 3 other bids because he was so well-organized and detail oriented. During the 7-month renovation process, he was always cheerful and very flexible when changes were requested. He kept us well informed, texting us pictures and updates, and he always made sure to follow all the rules of our condo association. We are absolutely thrilled with Tom and all his trades.

Tom and his team helped us from the beginning parts of the project that involved gaining plan approval with the City of Redondo Beach, and then through a 6 month renovation that included adding over 700 sf and an elevator to our existing property. We checked his references and felt comfortable giving him this very expensive project. aThen we found him and his team to be responsive, easy to work with, ethical, fair and very professional. Of course we had a few issues along the way but Tom and the team managed them with the highest level of integrity and professionalism and we have nothing but the highest level of praise for how they managed the project and worked with us the entire time. We've been back in our house now for 6 months and have had only 2 issues in that time, both of which Tom responded to immediately and resolved promptly and completely. To have a contractor in today's world who exhibits such integrity and follow up is invaluable and we stand in high praise of Tom and and his team and are more than willing to speak live with any potential clients who want a play-by-play of our experience with their firm. You won't be sorry if you select their team to manage your project!
